We recently visited "the other West Coast" near Sooke and stayed at

The cabin was great and the restaurant at the resort was amazing.  While we were on the island we visited with Darlene's mom in Esquimalt and the McPhersons in Sooke.

We love to spend time on the West Coast of Vancouver Island.  No matter what the weather... it is an exhilarating and rejuvenating experience.

When in Tofino we stay at Pacific Sands Beach Resort  

The restaurants in the area are awesome.  

We've had marvelous meals at these places
